But isn't this the actual one used in the Dirty Harry movies? That is worth the extra $1000 alone?

Yikes.... I sold my -2 that was in nicer condition than that one a year ago for $950, guess I should have asked more!
8 years now and nothing is built, nothing is back and nothing is better.

Ilove12gshotguns is right . If this is a beauty of a gun , why put it on concrete . A scratch or 2 would be expected . When I am @ the
shooting bench I never place the gun on the bench directly ( wood or whatever ) BUT with a pad to protect that special finish . Original good
guns are worth keeping that way . I have also seen good collectable guns pictured on this site , laying on large rocks . The same idea
there too . Why risk a scratch or worse on that good gun ?
I used to moose hunt with my MINT Winchester Deluxe 1895 in .405 Win . I carried it in a hard case to the stand . I uncased it , into my hands ,
where it stayed until finished . Then back into hard case to travel back to camp where I oiled it . It never got a scratch while hunting .
