00 buckshot reload recipe

Hey all,

Looking for some help on 00 buckshot loads. I have win. AA hulls and Federal trap hulls. I have 1000 WAA12 wads I want to use up. There isn't much in my lyman book to use these wads with these hulls. Do any of you have a recipe that would allow me to use what I have here? If so what powder/primer is needed? I've been loading target load for awhile but that's all I've ever done.

ive tested alot, havent got anything to pattern well yet.

I can't really pattern test mine as I have 12" barrels, but here is what I started at.

Federal buckshot hulls, I use the 0.90 base in the hogdon website.

8 pellets 00 buck. WAA12 wads ( think that's them. Good for 1⅝ ounce).

Federal, cci, or Winchester primers.

16 gr 700-x. Or 33gr of HS-6.

Those are a bit below starting.

They were on par with factory federal out of 12" barrels. No chokes.
