1/2 x 20 barrel thread... anyone know a flash hider that fits?

1/2 x 20 barrel thread... anyone know a flash hider that fits? All I have found is the 1/2 x 28... or there is an adaptor, but I would rather go direct. Are there any flash hiders that are blanked and ready to be bored and tapped?

If memory serves the AR-15 9mm flash hiders are 0.5x20. They did not want to risk someone putting a .224" hole on a .355" bullet.

9mm is 1/2 x 36.
1/2 20 is a standard thread pitch for 1/2 fine.
