1-4x scope for m4

Hi All

im debating between the Millett designated Marksman Scope and the Vortex PST 1-4 x24 MOA 30mm tube- anyone have any experience with both and why they prefer one over the other.

I want a scope for CQB and 3 gun. Both are within my price range and I dont really want to spend more than $600.

Are there other scopes I should consider? I want it to be at 1x not 1.5x as the lower magnification.

Do any of the dealers currently have the vortex pst 1-4x in stock? One shot tactical and SFRC are sold out.

I just put a Leupold VX-II 1-4x20mm on my Browning BAR in 308. It is a nice clear little scope and the warranty is fantastic. Its not a tactial set up, so regular duplex reticle and non-finger adjustable turrets, but how much adjusting would you do with a 1-4 power scope anyway? Anyhow, it is very nice and made in America,
