I am looking for a decent scope to fit a set of Valmet rings. I have to stay with 1 " diameter, and because the rings are not split straight across, but on about a 30 degree angle, I have to have a scope which will allow me to pull the lenses off to slide the rings on from the front and rear...I'd like to meet the &#@$# guy who thought this up. Scope will be be on a Valmet M78 in 308 with factory scope mount.
