+1 magazine extensions for older Browning Auto-5s, does anyone make them?

There was a chap down in the U.S.O.F.A. that chawped the bawrill down awf hizz A-5 and
used I do beleaf a Remington mag tewb s'tenshun.
He had to make a spacer fur behind the tube nut.

I tried tuh find'er, but it was kewntz's ages ago.

Now yew gartzs me sniff'in 'bout dewn this again...…………………...:runaway:

If found this post on another forum:

A buddy wants to add an extended mag tube to his beater for a house gun. I'm aware of the Nordic Components extensions, but they're a bit pricey for him. If something else might fit it would be nice, but I doubt that's going to happen. Ultimately I might end up taking a spare cap, boring it out on the lathe and silver soldering/TIG welding an 870 extension tube into the cap.

That's looking like a good game plan for yours truly.

Jesus that was painful to read

Nordic Components makes a collar for the A5 and then you just get their +1 extension to go along with it. Briley also pops up in my searches, and they have a few Canadian distributors.

It has to be a permanent modification. A piece of alluminum round and jb weld it in place (even a wood dowel glued in should do it)
