#1 OR #3 Barrel Channel For 24" .612" Muzzled Sporter?

I'm looking into ordering a stock for a Parker Hale 98 and I'm not sure what barrel channel to get. The Boyd's stock comes with a #1 contour. Richard's can make it for either #1 or #3.
My 24" barrel measures .612" at the muzzle, .690" just in front of the forend at 12".

612 at 24 is a bit bigger than a #2

If you care about exact fit, go with a number 1.

Yeah, it seems that an ER Shaw # 2 1/2 is .625" and A Kreiger # 3 is also .625". Both # 1's are .550" I think.
