Hey guys,

I got some questions regarding Ruger 10/22 Aftermarket parts. First off, i can't believe the U.S firearm parts export rules! They are absolutely retarded, IMO! A guy can't order the simplest things anymore, and get them shipped to Canada! ProMag won't ship a replacement part/magazine for a 9-22 magazine i have for my Marauder. They WON'T ship to Canada. I CANNOT order a SUNSHADE for my Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 scope! its a RESTRICTED item according to the U.S 'Tards! its a THREADED TUBE!!

anyways, now that i got that off my chest. I'm looking for a list of the best places to order parts for a Ruger 10/22 build. I'm going to buy a new 10/22, and i want to upgrade it a bit. In the end, i want it to resemble my Savage 93R17 BSEV. So im going to look for a Boyd's Evolution stock in "Jakaranda, as ruger calls it", and i'll prolly also want to buy a .920 Stainless spiral fluted barrel as well. with that, it should resemble the Savage....

So where do you guys recommend, In Canada ? I'm looking for good prices, and selection, as i guess most guys are.

The whole US restrictions still blow me away..... they are just plain sick.

As for your second request... the stainless spiral fluted barrel... ER Shaw is the only manufacturer of SS spiral fluted 10/22 barrels that I know of (although there may be others)... jump on Google and see if you can find a Canadian vendor for ER Shaw.

I ended buying a stainless 10/22 with a factory .920 hammer forged barrel,and re-done trigger. its got the grey laminate stock and a bushnell elite 3-9x40 scope, and harris bi-pod. maybe ill find a boyd evolution stock sometime to match my BSEV, but for now, its a complete package.
 
In regards to getting stocks from promag , i checked out mystic but cant see the reason why they sell the archangel for 55$ more then in the us.
Anybody have other links for Canadian dealers that are more in range of the us price.
