I got an email back from them today. They do not ship to Canada, nor are there any Canadian distributors.

Maybe Brownells could get it for you? They special ordered a set of front sight posts for me once. They didn't carry the item and the manufacturer wouldn't/couldn't ship to Canada. I waited a bit and it cost a little bit more but I did get the posts.
