Why not just buy it from Rimfire Sports. I just ordered a VQ CF barrel from them last week and three weeks ago I ordered some parts for my Ruger MKIII.

Their service is great, prices competative and I do believe shipping is free.

What more could you ask for.. BTW, I think the limit for parts requiring an export cert has been changed from $100 to $500.

A gentleman at my club was shooting his 10/22 with what appeared to be a VQ Carbonfiber barrel with compensator.

You could barely hear this thing with your ears on. And the recoil....what recoil!!!
