Not as much of a ? as a little bragging peice! My uncle and his buddy each bought a 10/22 recently, then my uncle wanted a new bolt buffer, so he ordered a 3 pack, but didn't know/wasn't sure how to do it himself. Within 15 min, I had both 10/22's apart, replaced the bolt buffer, and back together. I had him watch to show him how easy it is actually to take a 10/22 apart!:cool:

Good job Coyotekiller!!
There really not that hard at install at all.
Does he like the difference they make? :sniper:
I hope he purchased some "Tuffer Buffer" bolt buffers from Ronin!? :D

Not sure where he picked them up, but yeah, he really likes the fact that it will increase the life of his optics, and decrease wear and tear on the rest of the gun. I like the quieter effect it has as you are shooting, much more enjoyable!

I got a VQ one, but haven't been out to the range since i put it in to test it out. I also put a VQ edge in at the same time, so I am really wanting to check out the difference in performance.

I've tested a VQ against a TUFFER BUFFER bolt buffer.
The only difference I found was that the TUFFER BUFFER was a fraction of the price. ($5 vesus $12) :slap:
