I have a release that is similar to the one from Tac Sol. It is one that I made about 2 years ago out of 3/16 steel rod. It wraps around the trigger guard and is attached to the factory release with a 10-24 screw. It is safer than other aftermarket ones because you have to physically push down on it to release the mag. Just bumping it will not release the mag on this design, but on designs like the vq one, I had one and took it off my rifle because I did lose my mag one day out in the field. This design is very nice, but it is easy to make something similar and cheaper too. Just my 02. Later, Mark.
