10/22 build

So....

I'm putting together a list of parts I want to upgrade my stock 10/22 with. Been going pretty good so far. I thought barrels would be a big issue, but I think I'll be satisfied with a Green mountain barrel, they seem somewhat easier to obtain up here (Vs Tactical Solutions). All the small bits and pieces (triggers, buffers...) also seem easy to obtain.

My only problem now is a stock. There are hundreds of stocks out there, but I'm looking for one in particular that I can't seem to find amongst the regularly recommended sources:

The Bell and Carlson Target/Varmint Stock

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction (places that will ship to Canada or retailers in Canada).

Thanks. I was hoping to get it through a Canadian dealer, to avoid any possible problems ordering from the US. I emailed both Hawktech and Rimfiresports today, hopefully one of them will be able to help me.

Now, to order a barrel....

Well, quick update, got my 17.5" heavy fluted muzzle weighted barrel today. Was quite a surprise as tmy last correspondence with bits-of-pieces was about down payment on the barrel order... never got a confirmation or anything. All good though I guess. Now, if only Hawktech would get back to me on the stock.

I don't know if you have any woodworking skills but modifying the stock stock to that look wouldn't be very hard. I made this one from a stock stock and it is a lot more complicated than that design.

That looks great! Unfortunately, my woodworking skills are non-existent so I must rely on others to sell me cool stuff.
