10/22 carbon fibre barrel

Volquartsen, Dlask, IBI.

Have tried all 3 on different 22 platforms. The dlask was by far the best bang for the buck, but with them done now, volquartsen would be next in line if you need to go carbon.

Dlask I believe use the green mountain blanks, so if you don't need carbon, you can go green mountain from dealers at a reasonable price point, but it won't be carbon. http://www.nine35.ca/ruger-10-22-barrels--acc.html

If you are looking to build one, it is almost cheaper to just buy a carbon ruger 10/22 now than to build it. I think the new ruger carbon barrel rifles are made by our previous Canadian maker: grey birch. I don't think you can get a grey birch barrel up here any more, but you can try https://store.theshootingcentre.com/search.php?search_query=grey+birch&section=product

Interested too. I have an SBI carbon/reciver and would LOVE to replicate, but they don't do them anymore... POKE SBI. It is the best shooting 10/22 I have every owned.
