Hi all,
I have read that a new 10/22 bull barrel should fit tight/snug in to the receiver (stock Ruger receiver). Removing the stock barrel was difficult but with some finesse it pulled free.
Putting the new Dlask bull barrel (12.5" stainless) in was easy. In fact it has some wiggle room. I found this odd so, I went to see if maybe I had made the receiver hole bigger when I removed the stock barrel by putting the stock barrel back in and it was a snug/tight fit, no wiggle room at all.
Does anyone know the diameter measurements of the Dlask barrel, the part that fits in to the receiver?
I bought the adjustable vblock and when I install it there is no wiggle with the bull barrel at all, but I am concerned about barrel droop if I float it. Any thoughts to this concern?
Is this a return to Dlask issue for a new barrel?
If anyone can speak to these issues or give some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
Cheers
