I have been modifying my 10-22 for a year or so now.
I recently built an over sized charging handle. The handle is about the same weight as a stock charging handle. The gun runs great. However due to the larger size all my ejected brass now hits the bolt then bounces off.
Is there a way to tune or adjust the ejection path on a 10-22?
I have read http ://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=251080
That mod gives more positive engagement for extraction, any ideas if it will also improve the angle of ejection?
Put a lot of work into the charging handle, hopeful that I can find a way to prevent it getting beat up with spent brass.
Thanks.
