10/22 Front Sight

Going to buy a standard model 10/22. Is it hard to remove and replace the FS?
Would like to use a fibre optic FS. Can I get one for 10/22?

I can not remember which, but I have seen one made specificly for a 10/22. True Glow or Hi Viz?

dirt simple, just tap out old one, and when you buy a true-glo kit,
they come with set screws to lock them in place.
i would put a little blue loc-tite on set screw threads.
These sites are far superior to stock sites.
I have them on both of my 10/22's,
and they are great in all light conditions.
Wish i would have installed them way back farther than i did.
The new front one will most likely have to be removed if you want
to install a scope at some point down the road,
as the fibre optic one in front is much higher than stock one.
