The kidd "trigger job" kit is great. Have one in my 10/22, bought from dlask but not sure if they still have them.

snapshot is the official warranty / parts in Canada for Ruger.
they are a bit $$ but for a what your looking for im sure its fine.

if you want to go cheaper maybe try Western Gun Parts out of Edmonton, they are a couple old guys, hard to get a hold of them sometimes but they have a trillion gun parts.
