Not sure if I'm in the correct forum for this, but as close as I can find...
I'm looking for someone to build me a barrel shroud such as the one in the photo. It was manufactured by EAGLE But appears to have folded in the early 2000's and photos aren't super easy to come by, being a total of 3 that I could find. I would need it modified to fit a 9" cf Dlask barrel on a takedown rifle c/w wood stock. I read online that one guy used helical bushings in his wood stock with machine screws so he could take it on and off as he pleased.
It looks like plain sheetmetal but it's got to be stainless or something being that it's so thin right?
Is there anyone here that I could send my rifle to and have this reproduced? It will end up cerakoted so finish work is fairly minimal.
