I can not believe you guys did not know about this. This has been the RCMP policy since they changed bulletin 72 back in September of 2013. They specifically say that all 10/22 mags over 10 rds are prohibited. Ok maybe not specifically but they do say the BX 25 mag must be pinned to 10 rds but you should of known they meant all 10 22 mags must be pinned to 10. They told everybody back in September 2013 of this change. Well maybe not everybody. They did not tell Customs, the importers, the dealers , the shooting public, the shooting organizations, the shooting publications , the CFO's or Rcmp members or any other police agency but other than that they told everybody back in September 2013 of this change.

In Canada everything is up to a judge, not the cops. Until a judge makes the decision the RCMP can feed anyone to the legal system they want, even if the law doesn't support it. Canadian law is designed so judges can be involved in every aspect of our legal lives. Your freedom is subject to interpretation.
