hi everyone, I though some of you would be interested in what the Marauder look like with a drum mag. so here is mine, I trim the magwell so it could accept the mad dog 50 rounds drum mag I bought and never been able to use since I've Installt the marauder stock.

funny thing, this drum mag worked like #### with my original 10/22 and now with the marauder it work flawlessly with the thunderbolt .22 LR round from remington. w:h: :runaway:
alright enough chit chat.

did you have to do much trimming on the stock? was it just on the inside of the mag well or on the bottom as well? Where'd you get that 50 round drum?

Just wondering why you would block a portion of your scope with your "laser designator" when you have two unused rails on the sides?

triming was done only on the bottom of the stock the inside is already mould to accept any 10/22 mag. the problem was to trim enough so the mag click on the locking lever. I wouldn't recommend this mag but if you're really into it I got it from brownell for 57$ plus tax plus shipping plus custom fees. final price around 90$

I saw some banana clip maybe you should consider those 50 rounds mag

actually it look like it block a portion of my scope but it doesn't block anything, I could take a picture if you want but trust me I would not have install it like this if it was blocking my view. the reason is simply that b4 that I had no bipod and the stand for guns they have on the shooting range was interfering with the AN/PEQ when install on the side.

now that you say it, I might change it back for the next shooting session.

I like the paint. Are you going to paint the icons on the selector as well? I've been thinking about doing that. :)

LOL...really? :D I was thinking about just using paint meant for models. I used it to paint the "TURBO" on my crossover pipe red, and surprisingly, it's held up.

Looks good, i prefer the Promag drums, they look better & work better. I will do a Promag drum mag mod as well if i ever find time.....
