10/22 rear tang

The only ones I know of are the Kidd, and the CST receivers. Kidd receivers will be hard to source in Canada, but the CST ones you can order through here: https://canadiansafetysource.ca/cst...ver-black-cst-cx22-b?search=cst&category_id=0
Be aware that you will have to do some custom work on the stock to accept these tangs.
All the other ones use some sort of rear screw to the area between the trigger and receiver to help hold that area down. One manuf has decided to use a through bolt into the rear trigger pin. This way lets you use most stocks with little to no modification.

Grey Birch foundation chassis will hold down a factory style receiver with a rear screw. Victor Company makes what I think is the best stock for the 10/22 platform, their titan stock has a rear anchor system called the spike.
As stated above finding a receiver in Canada with a tang will be much harder than finding a stock or chassis with a rear anchor for a traditional receiver.
