10/22 Scout barrel?

Does anyone know if there is a barrel for the Ruger 10/22 out there that has a place on the barrel to mount optics like on a "scout" rifle?

You could easily D&T any bull barrel and stick a mount on it.

 

[Armament]

Certain Green Mountain barrels and Volquartsen both come with barrels drilled and tapped for a VQ mount. Screw the cantilever mount on backwards and you have a scout setup
