So i'm in the process of getting a 10/22 off a fellow gun nut and i want to tacticool it up. There are probably a bunch of threads out there, but i can't find them, feel free to point me in teh right direction. i want to repalce the stock with something tacticool but NOT the arcangel kit. Something similar would be ok i suppose. I really like the tommy gun stock but i can't seem to find them in canada and also the pullpup would be fun but as far as i can tell illegal in canada.

So any help guys? pics would be nice too.

Thats awesome you got you're little girl out shooting! I had the same stock on my sks and didn't like it, but thanks for the suggestion.

not really all i can find are boyds style, arc angel, bullpups and tommygun. I want a pullpup but not legal in canada and i don't think the tommy conversion can be found in canada. at least not that i've found.
 
If you want something SR-22ish I think the 10/22 Nordic kit is basically an SR 22 stock.

Fabsports used to have the Tommy gun stock listed.. but it was around 500 bucks.
 
Why not just sell yours and buy an SR-22? It's exactly the same as the nordic kit. Also nea makes a similar setup to the nordic. I'd try fabsports at the top of the page, he was the last place I saw a nordic.
 
nope all i see on fabsprots is ATI stocks. and i don'te care from them.

and the reason i want a kit is beacause i'll save alot of money.

i WON a marlin 795ss at a 3 gun match. i'm trading it to a guy for a 10/22 then i buy a 2-300dollare kit and i have an a very cheap rifle.

basically i like tinkering and when someone says "is that a sr-22"? i can say no it's a 10/22 that i blah blah blahed and added a blah and now it's anyting but blah!
 
IMO the 10/22 isnt worth tacticooling up AR style anymore, you might as well get the SR22. The 10/22 is all about bull barrels now! :D
 
Check out the tactical rimfire picture thread on page 1 of this forum. Lots of pics and ideas there. Unfortunately most all tacticool projects end up looking somewhat like the M-4/AR-15 due to its popularity.

i've decided i want the G36 arcangel kit from the shotshow. not sure who will carry them or when they will get to canada but i'm in no hurry.
