10/22 takedown sources

Been in the market for a Ruger 10/22 takedown recently,
i checked out a few forum sponsors and the best price i have found so far is 509.00 but out of stock.

is this the average going price for these?

do the takedown's go on sale at all, if i wait it out?

I saw some recently posted here on CGN, in stock, that came with 16" barrels and the magpul backpacker stock and maybe 4 mags..... best deal going unless you don't want the backpacker stock.

Average price on the EE seems to be $450 lately. Listed pretty frequently. Now if Dlask would make a Tuff22 T/D reciever... they would have many dollars coming to them from those not wanting to replace every other part of the gun... please Dlask...
