10/22 with steyr style barrel

Does anyone know where I can get ahold of a ruger 10/22 with that twisted looking barrel, just like the steyr rifles have?

no and no, actually I think it is factory target barrel.. I have seen it on the american special target edition that we cannot get here. I think I have seen it on other target models from ruger,
I went to SIR this afternoon and they basically told me to go and find it some where else. Not the best answer I was looking for.
Does anyone know what I am talking about..
I do like the look of the second barrel.
