10-22T Target model or T/C R-55 Benchmark

Can't speak to the others but I have been pretty much happy with my 10/22T but that said I did do the typical mods, Bolt buffer, one hand bolt release, extended mag relese, and a VQ hammer (out of the box the trigger pull was half of what the regular carbine's I have handled were but the VQ hammer made it cat sneeze light )

Gotta go with the TC. Sweeeeeeet rifle!

Benchmark, hands down. Its what the Ruger should have been out of the box. Better out of the box trigger, stock and barrel.

Now, if you want a gun to mod later on, go with the Ruger.

faced with the same choice I got the K10/22T. Just sooo much aftermarket stuff available. Big mags, many different barrels, match grade triggers.

I love to take stuff apart, tweak it till it breaks then back off a bit, so the Ruger was the one for me.

I also have the K10/22T. I've been very happy with it and haven't done any mods. The trigger is very heavy for a target gun but it still seems to shoot for me. Mine shoots Federal 40 grain solids decently but really shines when it shoots Lapua Super club 40 grain solids. A great little rifle and lots of fun.

I have had one for nearly 4 yrs Jamie, it's a dirt pig killing machine! Hope yours shoots as well as mine did.....I say did, because my youngest Daughter has claimed it as her own......:) I don't get to shoot it much anymore....
