I am working a load for a 10.3 x 60R and need some jacket bullets .413 in diameter (300 gr). Does anyone know a source in Canada for bullets? RWS currently makes bullets but they are not available in Canada. The closest I can find are .416 . Has anyone experienced turning or polishing a few thousands off bullets? I think this might be very labour intensive and any help is appreciated.

If it's not for super long range you could use a lee push through style bullet sizer (meant for lead) to shrink them down, that's not a big jump. However the closest size lee makes is .410 so you would need to hone/open up the die to .413 or what ever your looking for.

Have you considered casting for it?

I am not set up for casting so I would prefer to stay with jacket bullets. I think your way would be worth a try as it sounds like less work in the long run. Thanks for the response.

The load if for a combination gun built in 1932. Proof marks and load stamps identify a load of 17 gr (262 grain) jacket bullet of .413 diameter, nitro proof. Top barrel is 16 gauge x 70. Choked at .635
