What type of performance can i expect to get out of a 10.5 inch Ar-15 with a eo-tech/sight? I don't want to be at the range trying to get 1 inch groups all day when the gun is only able to shoot 3 inch groups. It is a Bushmaster XM15E2s with a 1/9 twist H-Bar bar with a 10.5inch barrel it has a free float rail system. Also what is the limitations with a 10.5 inch AR-15 like this?


Also what type of ammo is best to use to achieve maximum performance out of the AR.
 
I had 1.5" groups @ 50 yards with my 10.5" and FF rail. Eotech also. Should see better groups with magnified optics.
 
But !

I have a Stag 10 1/2 " that shoots one inch at a hundred and four inches at 200 yds. Amazing since the bullet only spins only once before it leaves the barrel. Several TDSA shorties do the same at my club so its not a fluke. :eek:
