Just wondering who makes / sells the lowest priced 10 ga. semi-auto's in 3-1/2"? Are there many makes out there? How much do they weigh?

Also, how do they stack up to the higher priced ($1800+) semi's from Browning and others that weigh almost 12 lbs.?

The only semi 10's being made, that I know of are the Browning Gold and the Remington SP-10.

I have had a couple SP-10's and have always been very happy with them.

Not sure what either gun will run you new, but both are likely in excess of $1500.

PS.... Both guns are heavy, but the Remington likely a bit more. I think they are closer to the 10 lb mark then the 12 lb mark tough.

Thanx Waterfowler.

The Remmy is listed on their site at 11 lbs. The Brownie just under 11.

I have a buddy with a 3-year old Brownie that he said to me was around 12 lbs., so that is where I got my reference from. I've fired it and it sure feels awful close to 12 if it isn't. But what a beautiful thing to shoot.

Not something you want to carry a long way, but in a duckboat or gooseblind, they are fine.

I"m gonna shoot mine on ducks in the morning.
