I have an original Model 1901 in 10 guage and would love to shoot it. The barrel has been cut down to 19".

However I am very confused on what ammo is correct for this firearm. I have tried to research this on the web but that just raised more questions than it answered.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

They are all 2 7/8ths inch chamber guns Gogan, but you can fire 2 3/4 ammo out of them as well, so long as it's 10ga. They are really cool old guns; I have one and love it. I found some ammo at a gun auction, but the real solution has to be loading it yourself, unless you have a backdoor to import some from the US, from whence it can be had online.

I am working on getting set up to reload it myself :)
