10" or less Upper for AR

Dont get the S&W Mp15 or whatever it is, theres no forward assist or dust cover.

The Diemaco uppers are going for like 600 bucks, then just buy your own BCG for 200 or the DA one for 50 and get the spare parts for it from brownells.
 
In fact thats exactly what I suggest, buy the Diemaco for 599 or whatever from GP Tactical or calgary shooting center, then buy a DA Bolt carrier group from ammosupply or canadaammo for the 50 bucks, then buy a bolt for the ar-15 in parts from brownells, keep the orders under a 100 dollars and you can get it shipped without an export permit.
