who makes : CProducts (if I'm not mistaken)

who sells them : Questar! (that I'm 100% sure of)

Questar has LAR 10 rounders in 9mm and .223 for sale on their site for under $30. Not sure about availability.

YES, they do. The T97 takes AR-15 mags and the LAR 10 rounders are just short AR-15 mags.

I believe there was a video on youtube showing someone shooting a T97 with one of these mags.
