So I got out today with the rifle and some 140 gr TSX's and 120 gr TSX's that were shooting pretty good.

I had some Sierra 100 gr HP that I never really worked up real well as I was more interested in the 120 gr TSX. but today, I decided I would give them a good run.

I loaded up the Sierra's with 45 and 45.5 grains of varget.

Well snappin arseholes, the 45.5 gr was the magic pill. and it is zinnnggging along.

After a quick sight in, mw and my little guy were off after coyotes...

At 250 yrds I saw a mangey coyote trotting accross an opening.

BANG!....ssssssssssssssssswwwwwwwwuuuump... bam! Bang Flop!

I LOVE THESE LITTLE BULLETS !!!!!!!!

a few pics...

Good going... Looks like a 7mm-08..?..

Wheres the pics of the dirty dog?.:50cal:

You sure camp in style I must say....:D

the pics of the dog are a bit harsh, I'm trying to clean them up....

up shortly :D

This trailer has racks and brackets and stuff and I use it as a ground blind as well. The top comes off as well and there are racks that go on with the top on or off, and you can put the top back on at different heights,,,,

It was a good deal, so I use it a fair bit

Come on Seal, you should be able to shoot better groups then that at THAT distance!

Try from a little farther away next time...

:D

If you look close you will see two shots that hit low and to the left.

I cranked the hairs up and a bit right, and then put the last three of that group straight accross the top,...I dropped it 4 clicks...shot 5 shots, group looked good, so I dropped it two more clicks. this was at 200 yrds.

I had three cartridges left, ...

at 250 yrds I put it just back of the coyote's shoulder and squeezed.

This is how I left it at
