$1000 plus k98 sold at auction?

You would hope the auctioneer has a "Guilty Conscience" to an extent knowing exactly what the value is of the rifle down to the last Penny...or maybe not, and he's laughin' his way to the bank.....

Yep, last one for me I think. Got caught up in the race. Got a few nice things, but there was a lot of #### there

The 'auctioneer' dont know shiite

For a company like B H they dont know anything about prohib classes...collewctor guns...military or civy

must be why they say 'buyer beware' OVER AND OVER AGAIN...cuz they dont know shiite

'course...they sold that SMLE thingy for $4000.00-Im in the wrong line o' work
 
Don't feel bad. I've got a good buddy in Indiana who sold a bring back K98 in August on GunBroker for over $1900.00! He only paid $125.00 for it and bought it only to flip, figuring he might pick up a couple of hundred extra for it. Cha-ching! When it comes to auctions, a firearm is worth what the consumer is willing to pay for it.

Hey klunk what about that Lee Enfield sniper that sold for $1400? I don't know anything about them so I stayed away, but was that a good deal or was the sniper rifle not correct or something?

meh...Im not sure...others here know more about those than I

It DID seem rough and the bore was poor...but then others have sold for $3000 so who knows

1400 works out to $1625 too...
