Oh wow!

Good plan not stripping the front part of the nordic...keeping it black integrates it much better with the full length top rail. Very cool indeed!

How much did your build cost you?
sittin down for this LOL. Nordic handguard $90..Nordic chassis $170 Nordic rails $180 pistol grip $20, Tacsol barrel $300 , Magpul CTR stock $90, Ruger 1022 $340 ,Iron eagle flash hider$40, sandblast anodizing and apply clear high gloss ceracote $100. For a grand + total of $1340.

Thanks for the reply. If one were to buy a Dlask barreled action and a trigger group instead of the complete 10/22 and extra barrel, would that make a complete gun? With the other components, of course. Don't mean to jack your thread, but I think of this every time I see a nordic 10/22.

Not sure how much the dlask barrelled action is . It cost me $640 for my action , trigger, and barrel. Keeping in mind it's an aluminum barrel. I think a normal bull barrel is about $190. So I could have gone that way for $530. Pro ally a lot cheaper to buy a Ruger sr22. But I wanted the aluminum barrel so that I could strip it to match the the receiver.

But it wasn't about accuracy anyway , it was about BC mags. And it didn't go well . Got through a brick of CCI. First rnd would fire and next 5 would be stovepipe and ftf , then next 15 would be ok. Every mag load I would get a cartridge with a bent projectile, almost like it was missing the chamber. I guess I'll give it another shot tommorow.
