1022 speed loaders Butter Creek vs Shooters Ridge - Which one is better?

I need a new speed loader for my 10-22. My buddy has the BC one and it works fine, however they are sold out everywhere I've called. Wholesale Sports has the Shooters Ridge speed loader but I'm skeptical if it will work as well as the BC one.

Anyone have a Shooters Ridge loader? Does it work? What do you hate about it?

PS: I use the BC steel lip mags if it matters.

I use it on bc seel lips i havent had a problem with it only used few times though.

I've loaded about 2000 rounds with my BC loader and the plastic loading cog is starting to deform. I'll probably be lucky to get another 2000 rounds out of it...

My B/C loader is 10 years old & still works, i dont even want to think of how many round thru it! Ive been thru a couple of 10/22s in its lifetime.

I'm not sure if I got and lemon but my B/C loader lasted only about 1000 rounds than the plastic "feed arms" deformed and now it barely works. My buddy bought one and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread, after about 500 rounds his arms wore out and he pitched his as well.

Unfortunately, I think till someone comes up with a metal speed loader, all the other ones will wear out very fast.

Trick is, not to force them, If they get tight, just back off the knob a bit & try again.
