I think I've got the model numbers right
Been looking at the 2a in .223 with the 26" barrel for $925
Now I've found the 1a with the 20" barrel at another store for $650. Would the different barrel length make much of a difference in accuracy. I like the look of the longer barrel but I don't know if I like it $275 more
Are there any other differences between them. Also, the dealer thought the short barrel may have been discontinued.

The 20 inch barrel is avisble only in .308 win, for the price I dont know why but with savage you can see a big difference on the price depend where you deal, I odered a 16 fhsak this winter I had got a couple different price, 899$, 799$, 690$ and 670$ all the time for exactly the same gun ???? On the savage price list the regular tactical is close the same price of my 16 fhsak and the barrel lenght dont change the price, only the stock make a change on the price (mc millan or choate).

if they would make it in .223, couldn't go wrong with the LE2B McMillan.

Unfortunately the LE2B is only offered in 308 again this year. Maybe next year in 223 ????????
