Starline is actually cheaper than Winchester both are about the best brass out there...
I do NOT use Rem or Fed for high pressure 10mm.

Most of my brass is once fired Rem UMC. The nickel stuff. It's been working well for me, and held up just fine to my 165gr FMJs on 7.2 grs of WSF. Don't ask me about the 6grs of WSF load... it was a joke.
P&D has 100 count bags of Winchester brass, can't remember the price.
Lock & Load has 10mm as well from time to time.
