They don't care to service the Canadian market. They feel like the squeeze isn't worth the juice.

We had an order outstanding for 2 years and finally after pestering them enough they told us we could have our order if we paid full retail. By the time you factor in shipping brokerage and conversion the prices where ludicrous.
