11-87 barrel swap

I have a Remington 11-87 that is chambered for 3 inch shells, however the barrel is rifled. I want to buy an unrifled barrel. I have been offered an 11-87 barrel that takes 3 1/2 inch shells. My question is, if I put the 3 1/2 inch barrel on my 3 inch shotgun, will I experience any problems shooting 3 inch shells? Thanks for the replies.

The 3 1/2 inch barrel probably wont even fit properly and all gun manufacturers state in their manuals not to mix 3" and 3 1/2" barrels.

If you want to sell the rifled barrel, let me know. I'm looking for one..
I also agree, you can't mix barrels with different chambers..
