I use trail boss for reduced loads because the case can be filled and its really clean burning. I have also used Unique and 700 x but such a small charge in a large case can have consistency problems and a filler is sometimes recommended. I shoot a .313 lead gas check 185 grain in my 303s and mosin nagants, incredibly accurate out to 100m great plinking and practice rounds.

I have a series of molds from CBE for the .303 which go up to .319", or folks could use a .32 or 8mm mold and size the bullets to .319" or .320", as someone else mentioned.
I don't like the small 110 gr. idea, an inexpensive cast bullet, sized to match the barrel of 200 grs. or so would be most accurate/inexpensive option. Cast bullets can be driven just as fast as factory jacketed in the .303. For a light load try C.E. Harris' load of 13 grains of Red Dot.
