11lbs recoil spring in CZ75b .40?

Does any of you have tryed the 11lbs recoil spring in a .40?
Angus use it for minor load but in a 9mm and both email I sent him which had a couple of question were ignored on that matter.

I tryed the 14lbs one and I had many stovepipe with ~135pf loads (no chrony).

I know that both 9/.40 load are ~135pf but does it matter in change of caliber? Stock spring is 16lbs.

Icefire, call Wolff Springs, I am sure they have a package with an assortment of springs in different weights. Regards, Richard

yes, the 11 pound spring is best with heavy bullet making minor. in 9mm using 124 gr heads you can go to a heavier spring, say 14. Minor with a 40, I'd be using the 11 pond spring.
