Hi everyone, apologies if this has been discussed but I couldn't find any threads, as the title mentions I'm wondering if anyone has any experience using this powder to reload 11mm French Ordnance. I've read that you're supposed to use 85% with this particular powder to get equivalent black powder performance. I recently lucked into a great deal on a MAS 1873 revolver and I've got the H&C reloading kit from Oldgunscanada to go along with it. Everything I've read indicates these guns as being pretty robust so I'm wondering if I can just load the full charge but I'm also pretty attached to my fingers and would rather not blow up my antique. Also I should add I'm completely new to reloading. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I didn’t reload 11mm French Ordinance with Triple 7 in my old MAS 1873, but I reloaded .455 MKII Webley with Triple 7 and had no problems with it. I shot about 50 rounds of Triple 7 reloads in it, as well as lots of Fiocchi Factory ammo and it never missed a beat. I might have just gotten lucky or maybe I got a really good 1873, but I was impressed with gun. It does seem almost strangely overbuilt for shooting such a pea-shooter cartridge.
Just my two bits though. Take that as you will.
