I just received my 12(3) transfer 7 months after we began the process, seller was fantastic to deal with, but the process they put him thru was really unfair. It was a HK and had the full auto sear and pin hole cut out, a pin welded in so it can't go to full auto position and then trigger pack welded into trigger housing. This was done to convert originally. With the transfer CFC wanted the take down pins welded so trigger housing could never be removed, si if something every broke in trigger pack the gun is useless.
