12.3 Transfers

Just wondering if anyone here has had a 12.3 Converted Auto transfer go through during the past 5 months?

I have had restricted transfers go through with no issues, but the 12.3 transfers seem to have stopped. No "has to go to the lab for inspection" line, it just seems as if they have all been put on hold.

I don't subscribe to tinfoil hat conspiracies, but this seems odd.

Just looking for others experiences.
