12-32 UNEF machine screw

Anyone know where in Canada to source a 12-32 UNEF machine screw/bolt with a fully threaded shank and preferably a hex head.
Found a used UTG scope mount locally for my Norinco M-305, and the mounting screw/bolt it came with is a 10-32 UNEF thread, whereas the hole in the receiver wall is apparently for a 12-32 UNEF thread.
I only need one about 1/2" long, but will take whatever I can find as long as it's fully threaded.
Any leads would be much appreciated.
 
As a Calgary resident id call bolt supply, or just order online, as its easier and cheaper than driving around making calls on my limited time off with kids on the weekend.

the ebay link, not fully threaded, but you can buy or borrow a 12-32 die and thread the rest of it.

edit: i broke the links with spaces in between the ht and tp, as per forum rules.... Would love to request that we allow some room for allowing links in this sort of situation

I'm waiting for a response from a member here who seems to have what I want.
If no go I'll try your suggestions, and I've also found that Armtac in BC also seems to have what I need.

I checked at my go-to real hardware store (Hardware Sales, in Bellingham WA) when I was there on Tuesday and they didn't have them- and they have a very good selection, from #1 through #12, including two or three bins of gunsmithing screws (8-40, 6-48 etc.). 12-24 & 12-28 but no 12-32.
