12.5" question?

sorry nutz..but my eyes are burning fro reading page after page of posts to the question- could a gunsmith cut my stock 870 wingmaster barrel to 12.5", then re register it with the new frt# as non restricted?

No, a barrel can not be cut down bellow 18", the shorter barrels are ok because they are factory made that way. But you can buy a 12.5" barrel from Dlask and put it on your 870.

I don't know the price, but CanAm has the 12.5 Grizzly for only $299, I have one and I'm very happy with it.

IIRC the DLASK barrel is $300. There was a 12.5 I think in the EE for $225 new from Dlask but I think it might have sold.

Anyways, the 14" Norc barrels are good and they can be had from BadBoyBeason. Also with a 14" you can have a flush +1.
