12.6 Transfers Also Frozen?

Likely a stupid question, but did 12.6 transfers get frozen along with the rest of the standard restricted handgun transfers? I don't have 12.6 so it wasn't relevant to me back when everything got locked down.

That's what I thought. Businesses can still buy/sell, though, so I wasn't certain on the details of the prohibs.

It's because the law specifically targets _individuals_. Wouldn't be surprised if it was intentional to hit grandfathered prohibited pistols.

The only prohibs that can change hands between individuals are now 12.2 3 4 and 5

Businesses unaffected.
