Find your self some number 7 shot shells cut the tops off them get some wax/ crayons/ candles melt them down mix in the shot pore the mix back in to them hulls. Presto bamo! You got breacher rounds.

I managed to find two rounds for my cartridge collection. these type are filled with a small balloon with lead dust in it if it helps you.
